Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Milo’s Digital Den provides digital services, so no physical items will be shipped. All websites, social media setup, content, and related services are delivered electronically.

Once your order is received, we will contact you to gather the details needed to begin. Project timelines depend on the service selected and how quickly we receive items such as logos, photos, business information, written content, and account access.

Our goal is to deliver a professional, affordable digital presence that helps your small business look polished and ready for customers.

Milo’s Digital Den provides custom digital services, including website setup, content creation, social media support, and related online business services. Because these services involve personalized work and time spent creating custom digital assets, completed services are generally non-refundable.

However, we want every customer to feel confident in working with us. If there is an issue with your order or service, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem.

Refunds may be considered if work has not yet begun on your project. Once design, setup, writing, account configuration, or other custom work has started, payments are typically non-refundable.
